Restaurant

Internet Access
Tortugal offers wifi in every room as well as our restaurant. Unlike other places in Rio Dulce, our internet comes from a fiber-optic line, delivering excellent connection speeds all over our property. No matter where you are at Tortugal, you have access to our fantastic wifi so you can stay connected, even as you get away from it all.
Lounge
Just above our restaurant, our lounge area offers a big-screen TV with Netflix and a large DVD collection. Want to catch up on your favorite shows and movies? Our relaxing lounge is the perfect place for you. When the TV is off, it’s a great place to relax and read. The lounge offers a great view looking out over the river.
Laundry service
Our laundry service uses industrial Speed Queen machines that really do the job right. Your clothes will be washed, dried, and folded. There isn’t a better laundry service in Rio Dulce!
Swimming
Right outside of our restaurant, Tortugal offers excellent swimming in the Rio Dulce’s magnificent waters. We even have a floating platform and chairs, so you can enjoy the sun after a swim.
Clean water
We provide our own drinking water at Tortugal. There isn’t better water to be found in Rio Dulce! Our water is UV treated, chlorinated, filtered, and pressurized. We offer water filters throughout the restaurant and property so that you’re never far from access to clean, safe drinking water. Bring your own water bottle and help yourself, or ask for a glass in the restaurant!
Hot water
Tortugal also offers hot water for showers. You won’t find any electric shower head heaters here – our hot water is provided by water heaters and is abundant all day long. You’ll love our hot showers!
