Thank you for booking with us! Below you will find some information related to your stay with us.

Arrival

If you are arriving by car, we offer secure parking on the southeast side of the river. The parking is in Doña Aracely’s parking lot, located under the bridge. Before the bridge, take a right, then bear left and you will find the lot.

For directions to our lot, please put the following coordinates into your GPS or preferred navigation app:

When you arrive at the lot, we will be happy to come and get you and bring you here. You can reach us at (+502) 5306 6432 and we will be happy to pick you up.

If you are arriving by bus, please walk down to the municipal dock (muelle municipal) also known as the “Livingston dock” or “muelle de los lancheros” and call us at (+502) 5306 6432 and we will come get you.

If you are arriving from Livingston, please tell the boat driver that you would like to go to Tortugal, and they will drop you off at the dock here.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included with your stay! Please help yourself to coffee or tea as well as a full breakfast from the restaurant at Tortugal. Breakfast is available from 7:30 until 9:45 each morning, with coffee and tea available from 5:30 until 10.

Ammenities

Please feel free to use the kayaks located near the elevated walkway. We strongly recommend to only use the kayaks in the morning, as the winds pick up in the afternoon and can make it difficult to navigate along the river. If you take the kayak up to the castle, please be sure to tie up both ends. Please do not take the kayaks into town!

We are happy to offer housekeeping when you want – you can leave your key with us and request housekeeping.

We allow smoking only outdoors or on the terrace.
